Why We're Crazy About Our Homemade Probiotic Drinks at The Amara

Hey everyone from The Amara! If you’ve popped into our little vegetarian and vegan spot here in Siem Reap, you know we’re all about fresh, flavourful food that makes you feel good. But today, we want to chat about something we’re truly bubbling with excitement over: our very own homemade probiotic drinks!

Seriously, these aren't your average fizzy drinks. We've rolled up our sleeves and dived headfirst into the amazing world of fermentation. Why? Because we believe in giving you something that’s not just incredibly tasty and refreshing, but also packed with all that good stuff for your gut.

For us, it’s about pouring our values – supporting local, amazing quality, and being kind to our planet – right into your glass.

We’ve always felt that having a good time with friends and family doesn’t have to mean alcohol is involved.
